Akita Tourism my Taxi
Akita City Tourism my Taxi is a cab that can be rented on an hourly basis for 3 to 7 hours to take you around the sightseeing spots in Akita City, Oga City, and Katagami City. In addition to the "Akita City" route, the "Akita City + Oga City" and "Akita City + Katagami City + Oga City" routes are also available.
This is a great cab system that is available at about half the price of a regular cab.

Reservation
- Select (create) the course you wish to use from Recommended Route Reservation or Personal Route Reservation.
- After filling out and submitting the reservation form, you will receive a tentative reservation e-mail.
- The reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation of acceptance or rejection of your reservation to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours.
*It may take more than 24 hours to complete the reservation due to vehicle dispatch coordination.
Please note that reservations may not be possible depending on the results of vehicle allocation adjustments. - Go to the boarding location on the same day and enjoy sightseeing around Akita City!
How to confirm, change or cancel reservations
- Please access the "URL for reservation change/cancellation" provided in the auto-reply e-mail at the time of reservation, and log in using the "e-mail address" and "reservation number" at the time of reservation.
- You can check the reservation details, and if necessary, enter the change/cancellation details in the "Change/Cancel Reservation Details" form and send it to us.
- You will be notified within 24 hours whether or not your reservation can be changed or cancelled at the e-mail address you entered.
*If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please contact the cab company in charge directly.
